Our sparring sessions take place at our Cheslyn Hay venue each Sunday morning from 10am.

Each session combines a mixture of fitness, combat and competition elements and is suitable for all grades.

The leisure centre has plenty of free parking with sessions taking place in the small sports hall (on the left as you enter into reception)
